In these trying times, feelings of anger, helplessness, and guilt can be overwhelming, especially in light of the ongoing crisis in Palestine.
To help us navigate these challenging emotions, we are hosting a series of webinars, starting with “Spiritual Care for Crisis Situations: Managing Yourself and Your Loved Ones” with Dr. Sami Shamma. The webinar details are as follows:
• Date & Time: Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 7:00 pm
• Format: Lecture followed by discussion and Q&A
• Modality: The lecture will be publicly live-streamed on YouTube & Facebook for broad access. The Q&A session will be held on Zoom to ensure a more intimate discussion. Participants can also submit questions anonymously here.
Join Dr. Shamma as he guides us through trauma-informed approaches to dealing with difficult emotions, exploring avenues for coping, and validating diverse methods of emotional processing.
