Boston Islamic Seminary (BIS) seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, mission-driven Student and Academic Affairs Coordinator to support the administration of BIS’s academic programs and student services.
The Coordinator will serve as an important point of contact for current and prospective students while working closely with BIS leadership, faculty, and staff. Responsibilities include managing student records and communications, supporting admissions and student onboarding, coordinating academic programs and schedules, assisting with faculty and student activities, and administering student financial matters, including tuition and scholarships.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities independently while working effectively in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
