Ustadha Saira Qureshi is a licensed mental health counseling clinician serving clients in RI and MA. She holds a master’s degree in applied Ed Psych at New York University. She also has completed Infants and parents’ mental health fellowship program from UMASS-Boston, MA. She is a doctoral student pursuing an Education Leadership doctorate degree at Long Island University. She serves as Global Supervision task force member for International Students of Islamic Psychology (ISIP). She is also a founding member and clinical advisor with RI Community Khayr in RI. Her research interests include integration of psychospiritual interventions in clinical and counseling psychology practice, Islamic Psychology, and childhood disorders. She has previously taught MIRL’s Religious Counseling and Arbitration practicum course at Boston Islamic Seminary.
