Dr. Raed Omar Sbeit is a seasoned executive and educator with over two decades of experience in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. He currently serves as Executive Director of MAS-DFW and is the founder of the North Texas Leadership Development Academy. Dr. Sbeit has held senior roles at Verizon, AT&T, and Charles Schwab, leading multimillion-dollar digital transformations and agile implementations. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from SMU and is certified in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Coaching, and SAFe. His teaching integrates Islamic ethics with modern administrative frameworks to prepare students for impactful leadership in Muslim institutions.
