MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Building 4, Room 370)
Workshop Fee: $25
Managing change is a critical skill for any leader to develop. Whether change is mandated by external forces or internal needs, leaders who understand the dynamics of change are better equipped to help to analyze the factors at play and adopt the best strategies to move their teams forward through resistance. The Prophet (pbuh) was a prime example of a leader who helped people navigate through change at a personal, interpersonal and communal level, ultimately transforming his society for the better and creating a model for future generations of Muslims to look back to for inspiration and guidance. This workshop will help leaders at all levels develop tools for recognizing and navigating change using examples from the life of our beloved Prophet (pbuh).
